Ghost busters

My subject line should be called Elder popsicle because I about froze this week.  haha!

So I had an exchange with Elder Tempel and he's a Spanish Elder so I tried to pray for the gift of tongues and I forgot that you have to do at least some effort 😂 but every lesson we had was canceled so I never got to speak Spanish. Sad. We played basketball and a bunch of non members came in the Janesville area and that was fun and I made all the free throws but I sucked in the actual game. 

We went to a Christmas party with a bunch of Ukrainians and they are so awesome we were in line getting food and this one person turned around and said "thank you" to us and then he asked his friend to elaborate because he didn't know English that well. And talked to this one girl and they have been moved around to like 4 or 5 different places before they got here to Wisconsin. Crazy. we are so blessed to have what we have.

Sorry there is a lot that happened I'll be quicker we froze to death it got to -11 and with wind chill it felt like -34 or something like that and our apartment has a hard time holding in heat so we were freezing

On Christmas Eve we went Caroling as a district and had a fun experience the first place we went to was only 3 years old it was an assisted living center and before we all in there is an alarm so I'm thinking. Oh is someone trying to escape. So the lady at the front desk takes us back there and also to check out what is going on and we walk in and there is water falling from the ceiling. At first I thought it was the water from pulling the fire alarm but no it was coming from the electrical outlets. Really funny. I was just hoping they had insurance: ) got to sing to two ladies out in the lobby. Then went to 2 other places and luckily those didn't flood but it was way fun singing. It just brought me back to when my family did that a couple of times it was nice.
