"What's up you spiritual savages!" Elder Gordon

Hope you've all had a Good week as well as happy late fathers day!

I'm also staying in Dodgeville with Elder Robertson! I love it here : )

This week was good. There were a tornado warning and the clouds got really dark when it should have been light outside it was sweet!  But sadly no tornado happened

So this week I had a lesson with one of our friends and he was a little drunk while we were talking to him. And he was going off about how he doesn't need us and knows everything we are going to say before we even get here. So I start talking about how this is Christ's restored church on the earth how Christ had God's authority here on the earth (priesthood) and we have that, we had prophets and apostles back then and we have that today. And he was kind of in awe and said that he did not expect that. And to top it off there was just a bunch of kittens on the property who were like jumping on top of me and Elder Robertson it was pretty funny.

I've been thinking about this a lot. About How many days do you think it takes to loose our testimony? Just one day. Just because of past experiences if we are not putting time into our testimonies then they can diminish so fast. I want to challenge all of you again if your not praying everyday to take the time to do so, if your not reading the Book of Mormon Everyday again take time to do so, and if you are not going to church and partaking of the Sacrament Everyday then change it. We also like President Russell M. Nelson said "the safest place we can be spiritual is living in our temple covenants" (something like that) I love this Gospel and I wouldn't want to see any of you loose it so get over the whole "I'll never loose my testimony." Oliver Cowdery left the church and saw Peter James and John and many other prophets and apostles and he left the church. So anyways that is all I have to say about the matter : )

Wisconsin Culture: so apparently out in the country the only thing vets work on is dogs and cats and other larger animals so if you want to take like for example our bunny to the vet out in the country the vet would laugh at you and not work on it because a bunny if for eating

Had a district activity where we saw a bunch of trolls and my district was nice enough to make me cupcakes for my birthday
