Done done done

 8/21/2023

Well I can't believe I'm writing my last letter as a missionary. It felt like an eternity ago that I wrote my first letter and also it felt like the other week. Time flies not really that by. All I can say now is I know my Savior Lives. He is in the Details. Miracles have not ceased they happen everyday and I was just able to me in the middle of that, lucky me!

These last couple of days I got sick. It's probably been my 10th time getting sick on the mission but who's counting? Haha A good way to end it off. We didn't go to church this Sunday. But we asked our Bishop if we could bless the sacrament in our home and he said "Absolutely Yes" so we did it. It is a blessing to partake of the Bread and Water each week. When I was blessing the bread I actually kind of got choked up because all of the memories of my Savior came flooding into my mind. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I know he lives. Because the Spirit that filled me these past 2 years cannot be replicated by anything the world gives us. I cannot deny it. It is only the things of God that bring us true happiness. "Wickedness never was happiness"

I was able to interview for baptism a lady named Holly and Holly was so sweet. We did it outside of a Festival store and she just went on and on about the blessings she has seen and the knowledge that she has gained about her Savior that no other church has given to her. And while we were doing the Interview 2 wasps were always hovering around us and getting in our faces and landing on our hands. It was crazy. All I'm going to say is there is an opposition in all things. They were landing on her cup a bunch and so she said "if you land on the table I'm going to smash you with my cup" haha she was so sweet and so ready for baptism. We had a Stake Convert Baptism and 10 people were baptized there including Holly! That was so cool to hear. Sadly we weren't able to make it but the work is moving forward! It is hastening. All of our friends are sadly not ready to be Baptized at this time. I guess I can only hope and pray for a miracle.

We also met a guy named Stephone at the park and apparently he was from Seattle and went to Pocatello Idaho for work and got a bunch of Book of Mormons from his students and also went into an open house of a temple. So we will see what comes from him. That was way cool and he even walked up to us which always makes life a lot easier.

Again what more of a testimony could I give than it is true. It is all true. When I see my redeemer I will know him. I hope that when you see him you will know him and he won't turn his face from you and say "you never knew me" I think that is our test on earth is did we know the Savior did we actually try to get to know him. Will he be a stranger to us? Or will her be our best friend? He is My personal Savior and friend. I love him and I love His church it blesses me and gives me hope. I feel so blessed to have been here in Wisconsin for 2 years thanks for everyone's support

Can't wait to see you all! Catch you on the flippity flip
