Hey there buckaroo!
First we will start off with a funny story on my missionary email channel. So we called a man that referred himself and he wanted to be Baptized! Sounds great right? Well it wasn't. He said he's been reading the Bible and knows that he needs to be Baptized so we know we can help him. But he doesn't want to join any church he just wants to be Baptized and leave. So we tried to explain things and he wouldn't budge on what he believes so then I start talking about the power and authority of God and before I can explain anything he says "man can't hold the power and authority of God! Only God can have that power!" The he says "Blasphemy!" and ends the call before I can explain that in luke 9:1 it talks about the Apostles (man) receiving the power and authority of God. Anyways so we laughed and got on with our lives.
Also it was a weird day yesterday we had our tub clogg. We had someone come to church who we never actually met in person and only met over the phone 2 days before and she loved it! It was such a miracle. Then in Elders Quorum we had a friend with us and they taught an in depth Plan of Salvation and even missed some things... very scary we hope our friend comes back. We went to a Behavioral health place for one of our friends because he wanted to get away from drugs so he got put in a rehab program. And we couldn't bring our phone in they wanded us with a metal detector wand thing. It was a party. Then we also gave 2 blessings today one was before church in thr ICU and the other was to a member. Then we also got yelled at by another friend. Very eventful day. But through it all I felt the Holy Ghost Guiding me. That is the great thing about missionary work is because the Lord does his work and you just have to go along for the ride.
The mission has brought me to know my Savior. I have never seem him. But I know he is there. There have been too many "coincidences" for God not to be real. Continue to take your daily CPR (church, pray, read) and the savior will mold you into who he wants you to be.
