Been doing a lot a manual labor recently because Elder Johnson put up an ad on Facebook for service work and a lot of people have taken us up on that and have met a lot of very nice people! Been digging some holes (when we were digging a hole I face planted into some dirt because it was raining outside and everything was muddy:), raking some leaves and sticks and helping pry up floors and baseboards its been great!
Also congrats Tanner and Carlie on Getting Married! Welcome to the family Carlie : )
Also oh my gosh okay so we were able to have a meal with
like 9 dishes and guess what all those dishes has in it SOUR CROUT (my dads
going to love this) yes! A sister in our ward came upon a bunch of sour crout
and made a bunch of food and had us come over. Elder Johnson was in heaven he
is a sour crout lover and to top it all off we had a cake with sour crout in it
and I know I had the same thoughts "ew! Thats disgusting" but it was
so good Holy cow mom when I get home mak
e me a sour crout cake for my birthday!
It was a mix between a chocolate cake and a carrot cake. Very good.
Wisconsin culture: there are no fences on people's property and I ask people where does their property go and their like oh you see that Pine tree way out there! Yea thats where my property ends or they just don't know haha
