Hello children of God!
So this week was very interesting. One of my companions Elder Cronan or Sean (haha I didn't call him Sean it felt weird) he came to Milwaukee and we got Kopps custard it was sweet! It made my day! I love that man.
Had one of our Members Travis (Another member named Travis not the one we baptized like a couple weeks ago) and he is like 6 foot 7, has a size 20 shoe, and has no teeth and he takes us to an ice cream place and he just made me laugh the whole time he's so funny he gave me the name Dexter From Dexter's Labratory. And he called me his son to a random person. He and his wife are going to go to the temple and visit it so that should be awesome!
Then Yesterday we had a Baptism I did my first interview and we found a body on the ground. So the Baptism for Mario was awesome! His family was baptized like2 months ago and he made the decision too as well it was a great Baptism. I gave my first Baptismal interview to this Puerto Rican guy named Christian he's way cool. Way chill and it was awesome to do that with him and the Oak creek Elders gave us a ride and as we were riding back we see a body that looked like it had a bag over his head and his hands were tied up as we walked past. We parked and got out of the car and yelled at him and he didn't budge so we are about to call 911 and he snores and also there was no bag over his head he just had a Hoodie over his head and he was homeless. So that was a fun time.
I know that this is Jesus Christ's church. It is His. We have the greatest Book on earth the Book of Mormon it is truly a blessing to study that everyday and if you are not studying it everyday I would invite you too. Love yous and watch out for deer!
Wisconsin Culture: the Culture in Milwaukee is people will just say "What's the Word today?" And then we'll start talking to them. Or we say "hey you a believer in God" and they'll say "oh yea!" And then we'll start talking to them. It's pretty awesome
- In front of the Great and abominable church. : ) or one of them at least
