"You'll shoot your eye out"

Dear children of God who are reading this letter and to whom it may concern, 

So this week we started to go in the mornings and work out with a less active youth. He's awesome! We want to hopefully help him come back to church because our youth are depleting we have like 2 young men and we will shortly only have one young women. Apparently people don't want to raise their children here in Milwaukee. It's a little sketchy out here so I don't blame them.

We had two cool things that happened with putting someone on baptismal date. We first had a call with a lady named Solimar and she was really cool we were talking and she just said out of the blue "That's why I'm talking with you today I want to be Baptized" so this is the first time we're meeting with her. She doesn't even know about the Book of Mormon and wants to get baptized. The second miracle was the following day we went over to see a member and a recent Convert and the Members Son was there and he said he wants to get baptized and he is 9 so that was way cool that God put these two people in our path and it felt like we didn't even have to do anything. We are truly just instruments in the Lord's hands. It's a great and joyful work

Still trying to get Portia Baptized, still practicing my lip reading. Elder Birchler can't understand basically anything she is saying because its his 3rd language or as he would say not his mother tongue: ) so I need to step up and pray for the gift of tongues (because if you don't remember Portia has a trache in her throat and has no vocal cords) and The Lord somehow helps me get about half of what she is saying : )

The Lord is in The details he can help us through his Grace overcome any obstacles as we rely on him and put in the effort. God loves you guys. Jesus is the christ. This is His church.

Wisconsin Culture: something funny is that Elder Birchler just says that he moved to his sister state because in Switzerland it's cold, they have cheese and beer and we have the same things here in Wisconsin. Except for the mountains, they have the mountains
