It already feels like I've been in the MTC for three weeks and not three days. I've already had such amazing experiences with the MTC, my testimony of Jesus Christ, the power of prayer, and that God does really care and love all of his children. Here I have amazing teachers. Brother Day and Sister Evans. Both are amazing people that I've only known for 9 hours (each class is three hours) and I already love them. I have an amazing companion Elder Gordon, he truly has a testimony of Jesus Christ and I just love being his companion. He loves playing the guitar and rock and roll and lives in Queen Creek Arizona so definitely a great match for me. I have an amazing district. All of them are amazing missionaries that I feel lucky I'm with. Yesterday we actually taught our first person. Her name was Ines and I still have no idea if she was a member of our church or not because we are told not to ask. Yea I know what you're thinking and I was thinking the exact same thing "how could missionaries who have only been taught for three days actually teach someone." Well, it was with a whole lot of prayer and faith. :) I was able for my preparation day to go to the Draper temple and the spirit that you feel at the temple is beyond anything I thought I would ever feel. I'm super excited for the days to come. I know that Heavenly Father does love us. That having 18 and 19-year-olds go out and teach the gospel shouldn't work but for some reason it does. I'm so grateful that I'm able to be an instrument in the Lord's hands! If anyone wants to be on or off my email list send me an email.
